For this down-to-the studs remodel, we worked closely with Clarkbuilt and Waechter architecture to create with integrated stair and railing system. The white oak and plaster stair bases were CNC machined in-house, and preassembled for precise installation, taking extreme care that all the lines of soffit and skirt converged according to plan. We also mere meticulous that the continuous steel handrail had fluid, organic transitions from the basement up to the top floor with even baluster spacing.
