This unique stair was fitted within a structure referencing agricultural silos. We had the distinct pleasure of working with the Architect and Builder, along with heavy involvement from the clients. Each tread of this blackened steel staircase was individually laid out and inscribed with the pioneer story of the family who has been farming this land for generations. We worked diligently to integrate this raw structure into the finer finishes of the interior, while maintaining the look and feel of more rugged work. Part residence, part museum, this amazing project brought together the very best in the Willamette Valley, and we were glad to be a part of this team.
