MW Design Workshop is looking for an Apprentice Installer to join our team.

We design, build, and install custom staircases, railings, and architectural features throughout the Pacific Northwest. Every project is unique, and every day brings new opportunities to learn and grow.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in quality craftsmanship.

• Assist with the installation of custom staircases, railings, and architectural features
• Help load, unload, and prepare materials for projects
• Support shop operations as needed
• Use hand and power tools safely and responsibly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Learn installation, fabrication, and woodworking skills from experienced craftspeople

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Attention to detail
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work well as part of a team

Carpentry or fabrication experience is preferred but not required.
