An elegant example of grand, traditional stair-building executed in solid American Cherry. Notable features include two sweeping runs, both of which are completely free-standing. Four hand-carved descending volutes, and curved paneling on the stair skirts. We also custom-turned over 250 balusters along with making custom box-newel posts. The handrail is our custom windsor profile. Nothing on this project came off the shelf or from another manufacturer, we custom-crafted each individual part in our shop. This stair was shop-built in two parts, and then delivered to the home for final installation. This process allows us to have a higher level of quality control on the final product, as well as minimize congestion at worksites and speeds up the overall project length.
